What can Nationwide Debt Center do for you?
- Help you achieve financial freedom
- Great alternative to bankruptcy
- Be free from credit card debt in as little 2-4 years
How does our program work:
We will set you up with an affordable monthly savings plan, (which is determined on a client-by-client basis between you and a counselor at Nationwide Debt Center). Based upon what you are able to set aside and save each month in your trust account, we than can ultimately determine when you will be free of credit card debt.
Upon enrollment, your file will be assigned to a local Law Firm in your home State, that will represent you in finding a resolution with your creditors to lower your outstanding balance and payment of your overall credit card debt that you owe. (Based on your income and expense budget). The Law Firm will than draft a letter of representation to your creditors informing them that you have retained them on your behalf, to find a resolution to the outstanding credit card debts. The Law Firm will also advise the creditors to communicate directly with your assigned attorney for any future communications.

Reaching a settlement can be a very lengthy process, and usually takes several phone calls and communications between The Law Firm and the creditor(s). Once a settlement offer has been reached, and you as the client have agreed on this amount, the law firm will then obtain that settlement offer in writing from the creditor. The client will then authorize a check to be distributed from their trust account and overnight this to the creditor to satisfy the settlement amounts.
